Steve Marks possesses extensive experience in service management and operational excellence within the healthcare and technology sectors. Currently serving as Service Manager for ANZ at John Morris Group since November 2025, Steve is focused on enhancing customer satisfaction and implementing best practices. Previously, Steve held roles at Bio-Strategy (part of DKSH Group) from 2013 to 2025, including Manager of Service Excellence and Technical Services Manager, where responsibilities included overseeing service delivery and compliance for various equipment agencies. Prior to this, Steve managed teams at Sirona Dental Systems and held engineering and support roles at Siemens Healthineers, CSL, and DuPont Healthcare, showcasing a strong foundation in technical service and team leadership. Education was completed at TAFE NSW between 1984 and 1988.
