Ryan Cox

Ryan Cox is an experienced commercial manager currently employed at John Paul Construction since February 2019, overseeing project financial management and leading a team of surveyors. Previously, Ryan held the position of senior contract surveyor at Holtan East Africa and served as a commercial manager at NMC (Pty) Ltd, where responsibilities included contract negotiation, dispute resolution, and the mentoring of quantity surveyors. A career in quantity surveying began at Murray & Roberts, followed by a project surveyor role at Gardiner & Theobald LLP, focusing on various cost management functions. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Quantity Surveying and a Bachelor of Science in Construction Studies from the University of Cape Town, along with a Diploma of Education in Construction Law from the Law Society of Ireland.
