Ritchie Sundrun

Ritchie Sundrun has extensive experience in management and business development, currently serving as Ticket Manager EMEA at John Paul since September 2012, where responsibilities include creating and developing the EMEA Ticketing division, managing a team of concierges, and overseeing performance metrics. Previously, Ritchie held positions at DS Global Services, focusing on sales and service management, and at Goldigger Group / Powercom Marketing, where Ritchie managed commercial teams in renewable energy. Early career experience includes leading a team at Restaurant Graze. Ritchie holds a Master of Science in Management and a Bachelor of Arts in International Business from Derbyshire Business School, along with a DUT in Business Management from IUT Paris 13.
