JohnFranklinWiley.com is the personal platform of John Franklin Wiley. A seasoned operator and strategist.

I serve organizations in moments that matter, whether that’s opening new markets, building value, preparing for succession, or stabilizing a founder transition.

With four decades of experience spanning private equity, real estate, construction, and nonprofit, I bring wisdom to the table, the ability to sense what resonates, pivot decisively when the path shifts, and unify teams quickly around a common vision.

Fractional & Interim Leadership
• Interim CEO: Unify fractured teams, drive turnaround strategy, and stabilize leadership gaps.
• Chief Strategy Officer: Design succession pathways, build exit readiness, and align growth to investor returns.
• Chief Business Development Officer: Open new markets, accelerate revenue engines, and secure strategic partnerships.

From launching and scaling a $60M real estate portfolio, to founding River of Refuge, a nationally recognized nonprofit that transformed lives against impossible odds, to leading multimillion-dollar contractors and advising investment platforms, I’ve learned to plant many fields and create systems that endure.

My mission is simple: to help leaders grow today while keeping options open for tomorrow.
