Anna Castro

Anna Castro has a diverse work experience in various roles. From 2017 to the present, they have worked at johnnie-O, starting as a Customer Engagement Specialist and then transitioning to an Operations Specialist. In these roles, they managed orders, inventory, and invoicing, as well as provided support to customers and resolved inquiries. Prior to johnnie-O, Anna worked at Associated Students UCLA from 2014 to 2017 as a Lead Customer Service Supervisor, overseeing store operations and training new hires. In 2016, they interned at Therapy West, Inc. & pLay studio, where they assisted in the Therapy West Infant Specialized Play Program, helping children with various developmental areas.

Anna Castro attended UCLA from 2013 to 2017, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree. Their major was Psychology, and they minored in Disability Studies.
