Are You Considering A Self-Build For Your New Home But Haven’t Got The Time? Or Perhaps You Need Some Professional Help?
We have the perfect solution – your own Project Manager. We are a locally owned and managed company with a very flexible, client-focused approach to our business.
Our aim is to deliver quality, affordability and value to customers wishing to achieve the benefits of building direct. We pride ourselves on hard work, integrity and honesty.
Starting a new build/project can be a daunting task, especially if it’s going to be your future home. It is also likely to be the single biggest expense of your life and so it’s imperative you get it done within your budget and to the highest standard.

JC-PM concentrates on the details while you concentrate on the things that are important to you without the stress!
We understand many people want to benefit from the savings on offer by building direct but may not have the time or expertise to complete the project. This is where we can help.

For a set fee you’ll get a dedicated Project Manager to manage the construction and fit-out of your home, extension or business premises, who will also be your single point of contact with all work to help manage and streamline all your needs.
In simple terms, we act as your builder! So, your thinking, why not get a builder? Because research has proven that build direct projects can save 20 to 30% from building contractors!

We offer different rates depending on how long you want us to stay in the project. This can range from a builder finish, a furnished finish or a full turn-key project.
