We are experts in recruiting BIM professionals. In fact, we’ve been in business since 1988. Since then, everything we do has been about team building. JOHNSON BIM are about working together to offer insight and strategic approaches and sharing our expertise and knowledge more widely. We’re a member of several key BIM groups and regularly contribute to BIM websites and forums. We work with signature design teams from Arup to Zaha Hadid and the best contractors from Balfour Beatty to Skanska, focused on helping them achieve their ambitious BIM visions. We do this by using our knowledge, informed solutions, our credibility and our broad reach to connect them with equally-ambitious BIM professionals and those just starting their BIM journey.

We believe in going further for our clients, pulling out all the stops to get the job done and done well. We are committed to working with integrity and honesty in all that we do, working with open communication and being a true partner to the clients we work with, taking the time to get to know our clients’ businesses and constantly striving to further deepen our industry knowledge. It’s an approach that works, and which has achieved some fantastic results for our clients. Put simply, we are passionate, enthusiastic, knowledgeable and dedicated.

JOHNSON BIM grew out of the vision of one man, Mike Johnson, growing into quite a success story, with world-class clients and projects spread across countries and continents. We bring capable, driven, passionate people together to help build BIM centres of excellence and smart teams that are spearheading the implementation of BIM.

If you take the opportunity to connect with us, you could end up doing something completely amazing, working on landmark projects and using BIM to make them happen.
