Tom Pearce

Tom Pearce is currently the Service Director for UK South and Ireland at Johnson Controls, overseeing service contracts and P&L responsibilities. From 2020 to 2024, they served as the Service Manager for ADT, managing a team of nine in the South West and West Midlands. Earlier in their career, Tom worked at Openreach from 2000 to 2012 in various roles, including Senior Area Manager, leading a large team of managers and engineers. Tom also held the position of Head of Copper Network at Openreach from 2017 to 2019, responsible for the maintenance of copper networks. They hold a BTEC in Electrical Engineering and an HND in Business Management from Highbury College.
