Ajit Gujar has over 10 years of experience in quality management, process improvement, and regulatory compliance. Currently serving as a Global Quality Manager at Johnson Controls, they oversee quality operations for the Chiller product line across four countries. Ajit holds degrees in Industrial Engineering from Virginia Tech and Mechanical Engineering from Veermata Jijabai Technological Institute, as well as certifications from ASQ, Scrum, Inc., and Kepner-Tregoe. Previously, they have contributed to quality and manufacturing roles at companies such as Siemens, Schneider Electric, and GE.
