Alan Elder

Alan Elder is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the fire protection industry. Since July 2015, Alan has served as a Fellow in Industry Relations at Johnson Controls, where responsibilities include mentoring talent and supporting various business functions such as sales, operations, R&D, and product management, as well as being a member of the Special Hazards Leadership Team. Concurrently, Alan holds the title of Fellow in Engineered Systems at Tyco Fire Protection, where from 2012 to 2015, the role of Global Director of Product Management involved managing a global product management team and restructuring it from regional to global roles.
