Baker Cavell

Baker Cavell is a seasoned financial professional who currently serves as the Transformation Controller at Johnson Controls, where they oversee $93 million in North American Field business transformation initiatives. Previously, Baker held the position of Area Controller for Northern California at Johnson Controls and served as Associate Director at NASDAQ OMX, advising clients on investor relations. They also contributed as a Senior Analyst in FP&A at Tyco SimplexGrinnell and began their career as a Yacht Captain.
