Balint Bacso has extensive experience in operations management and leadership across various industries, including telecommunications, data services, and manufacturing. Bacso served as Site Leader at Convergys, where responsibilities included operational performance and strategy implementation for the Budapest site. Subsequent roles included Sr Manager of Operations at Convergys, Managing Director at Corning Data Services, Head of Purchase to Pay at Vodafone Operations Centre, and Director of Operations at Corning Data Services Hungary, focusing on shared services and organizational development. Currently, Bacso is the Director of Enterprise HR Operations for APAC and EMEA at Johnson Controls, overseeing HR SSC and payroll operations.
