Brian Dursch is a seasoned senior tax executive currently serving as the Senior Director of Global Tax Controversy & Policy at Johnson Controls. With extensive expertise in US and international tax planning, transfer pricing, and tax controversy, Brian has held various prominent roles, including Tax Counsel at Clarios and Assistant General Tax Counsel at Kimberly-Clark. Brian's legal foundation includes a J.D. from the University of Cincinnati and an LL.M. in Tax Law from the University of Washington, complemented by a clerkship at the U.S. Tax Court and experience at Baker & McKenzie.
