Chris Nease is an experienced professional with a diverse background in engineering and operations management. Currently serving as the Director of Global Operations at Johnson Controls since February 2016, Chris leads centers in Costa Rica, India, and Bratislava, overseeing technical support, pre-sales engineering, and engineering services. Previous roles at Johnson Controls include Site Director of Shared Services in Costa Rica and Director of Technical Sales Engineering & Estimation, managing a team of 400 employees and providing support across North America, the United Kingdom, Spain, and Latin America. Prior to Johnson Controls, Chris founded E2Q Consultants and held various engineering management roles at Burns & McDonnell, as well as completing an internship at Exxon Chemical. Chris holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Kansas and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Kansas State University.
