Christa Suy

Christa Suy is a change and continuous improvement director focused on aligning people, processes, and systems with corporate strategy. They have held various leadership roles at Johnson Controls, where they served as Continuous Improvement Associate Director globally and Continuous Improvement Director for the EMEA region. Prior to this, Christa worked at FUJIFILM Belgium NV in customer service specializing in the Middle East and held multiple sales support and management positions at Wolf Oil Corporation, where they also managed process, systems, and continuous improvement initiatives.
