Curtis Johnson

Curtis Johnson is a Senior Operations Leader at Johnson Controls with over a decade of experience in strategic planning and business transformation. Currently, they oversee operations for a $2.2 billion P&L in HVAC Applied Business and lead a diverse team in delivering innovative solutions. Previously, Curtis held various roles at Johnson Controls, including Executive Director of Sales Support, and served in the U.S. Army, where they achieved the rank of Colonel while managing extensive logistics and operations for military personnel. Curtis holds a Master’s degree in Strategic Studies from The United States Army War College and additional degrees in Human Resource and Criminal Justice.
