Prior to this, Dan spent nearly 27 years at Wacker Neuson Corporation, advancing through various roles including Technical Director, where responsibilities included overseeing product development processes for a diverse range of construction equipment, managing global regulatory compliance, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Dan's earlier career included roles such as Director of Business Development and Senior Project Engineer, focusing on innovative product lines and engineering process development. With a Master's degree in Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, Dan combines technical expertise with strong leadership and management skills, successfully guiding teams and projects towards high-quality outcomes and efficiency.
