Dan Walker

Dan Walker has extensive experience in IT and service management, currently serving as the Department Manager for Pro Services at Home Depot since April 2019. Prior to this role, Dan held various positions at Johnson Controls, including Director of IT Risk Management and Disaster Recovery, where responsibilities included global management of disaster recovery programs and vendor management. Dan also served as the Director of Service Operations America and Service Delivery Manager in Bratislava, Slovakia, focusing on IT service delivery coordination. Additional experience includes a brief tenure as Manager of Data Center Operations at Gander Mountain in 2016, as well as roles in service management and technician positions at CompuCom and Entre Computers.
