Danielle Patrick

Danielle Patrick is a seasoned HR professional currently serving as the Sr. Manager of HR Field Solutions at Johnson Controls since 2020. With extensive experience in Human Resources, they have previously held multiple managerial roles, managing HR operations for thousands of employees and focusing on compliance, employee engagement, and labor relations. Danielle has also contributed to the successful startup of new facilities and development of training programs, and has been actively involved in union negotiations. They are pursuing a Master's Degree in Human Resource Management at Central Michigan University, having previously earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the same institution.
