David M. Evers

David M. Evers, PE, PMP, currently serves as Director of Sustainability and FM Solutions at Johnson Controls, leading evaluations of operational efficiencies and reliability in buildings since June 2015. Previously held roles at Johnson Controls include Engineering Director for Public Private Partnerships, where responsibilities encompassed technical evaluations and risk management. Evers has also contributed to the industry as Director of Sustainable Infrastructure at Energy Systems Group and as Director of Engineering at Arizon Companies, overseeing strategy development in engineering operations. Throughout a career starting in 1982 at EDM, Inc. and including a role as Lead Engineer at Fluor Corporation, Evers has gained extensive experience in HVAC systems, energy efficiency, and sustainability practices. Evers holds advanced degrees in engineering policy and an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis and the University of Missouri-Saint Louis, respectively.
