Erin Hoffer has extensive experience in finance, serving in various leadership roles at Johnson Controls since October 2006, including Manager of FP&A and Finance Director positions in Global IT and Automotive Separation. Erin has overseen significant financial management activities, including a $1 billion annual budget and post-merger integration for JCI and Tyco. Current role as Regional Finance Director at Johnson Controls began in September 2023, following earlier experiences at M&I Marshall & Ilsley Bank and Lutheran Social Services of WI & Upper MI. Erin holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance and an MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
