Erwin ter Haar is an experienced Continuous Improvement, Supply Chain, and Quality professional currently serving as the Continuous Improvement Manager for EMEA at Johnson Controls. With a robust background in managing quality and safety programs across multiple international locations, Erwin has held significant roles at Neenah, Thales, and ROCKWOOL Group, among others.
