Fernanda Reikdal

Fernanda Reikdal is the Director of IT Operations Global Products at Johnson Controls, where they lead efforts to optimize IT processes and enhance operational effectiveness. With a strong background in ERP, project management, and SOX compliance audits, they have successfully established an internal SOX testing team and built a Center of Excellence to streamline ERP support across the Americas. Previously, Fernanda held leadership roles at Johnson Controls, including Director of IT Compliance, where they significantly improved audit processes and compliance metrics. Fernanda is currently pursuing post-graduate degrees in Strategic HR Management and Logistics of Operations Management.
