Franco Chavez is currently the Finance Director for South Europe at Johnson Controls, overseeing a $500M P&L and leading a team of 10. Previously, they served as a Senior Finance Manager at GE Renewable Energy and held various finance roles at GE Healthcare. Franco also completed internships at Citi and Diners Club Ecuador early in their career. They earned dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Business Administration, Economics, and Statistics from the University of Florida.
