Gerry Monkman has extensive experience in engineering and management within the building services and industrial sectors. From 2000 to 2003, Gerry served as Regional Manager at Affiliated Building Service. Prior to that, a significant tenure at James River Corp from 1979 to 1996 as Manager of Engineering & Maintenance was established. Gerry transitioned to Johnson Controls in 2003, contributing as Solutions Development Lead until 2010, and remained with Johnson Control, Inc. until 2014 before retiring. Gerry holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) with a focus on Power Engineering from Montana State University-Bozeman.
