Guy Sadler, PhD, is a seasoned Lead Compliance Investigator with nearly 30 years of experience in government, consulting, and multinational commercial sectors. Currently, they conduct independent investigations across EMEA, India, Australia, and New Zealand at Johnson Controls, addressing issues such as fraud and conflict of interest. Previously, Guy held positions including Director at the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, where they managed complex counter-smuggling investigations, and was a Senior Investigation Professional at Fresenius Medical Care, mentoring junior investigators and enhancing investigation procedures. They earned a Doctor of Philosophy in History from the University of Wales Trinity Saint David.
