Haley Kroes

Haley Kroes, MBA, PMP, has extensive experience in finance and operations management, currently serving as Finance Manager for BSNA Cash Flow Transformation at Johnson Controls since May 2016. Prior roles at Johnson Controls include Black Belt Continuous Improvement Professional, Service Operations Program Manager, COSC Team Lead, COSC Billing Representative, and COSC Intern. Previously, Haley worked as a Sales Associate/Teaologist at Teavana, focusing on sales and customer service, and as a Sales Clerk at Lakeshore Conservatory of Music, handling customer interactions and administrative tasks.
