Jaison George

Jaison George is the Executive Director of Corporate Development at Johnson Controls, where they oversee M&A execution across HVAC opportunities and lead sustainability initiatives. With extensive experience in finance, they previously held senior positions at Credit Suisse and Morgan Stanley, contributing to over 90 debt, equity, and M&A engagements valued at more than $90 billion. Jaison is recognized for their strong leadership and organizational skills, having led numerous IPO processes and project management efforts. They are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Information Systems at NYU Stern School of Business and a Master of Business Administration at the University of Texas at Austin's Red McCombs School of Business.
