James Cooley is currently the South Texas Design Manager at Johnson Controls Inc., a position they have held since 2008. Previously, they served as the Lead Fire Alarm Designer at SimplexGrinnell, where they contributed to the fire alarm system design at Denver International Airport. Cooley earned a degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Chabot College between 1979 and 1983.
