James Henry

James Henry is currently a Plant Manager and Servant Leader at Johnson Controls, where they leverage their extensive background in operations and engineering. They previously held the position of Director of Operations at MacLean Power Systems from 2020 to 2023 and served as Plant Manager at Continental Aerospace Technologies™ from 2015 to 2020. Before that, James was the Plant Manager at Jostens from 2003 to 2013 and worked as a Quality Engineering Manager at ATC from 1991 to 1999. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering from Tennessee Technological University, graduating with a 3.87 GPA.
