James Rosner

James Rosner, P.E., C.E.M., is a dynamic leader with over 20 years of experience in sustainability, energy management, and higher education advisory services. Currently serving as the Principal Advisor for Higher Education at Johnson Controls, they provide strategic guidance to universities and colleges, focusing on campus infrastructure and sustainability goals. Previously, they held various leadership roles, including Associate Vice Chancellor at the University of Denver and Director of Utilities and Energy Management at Oklahoma State University. James also served in the United States Air Force as a Civil Engineer, where they excelled in key operational and technical positions. They are pursuing further education at Colorado State University, focusing on enhancing their expertise in the field.
