James Sinclair is currently the Research & Business Analytics Manager at Johnson Controls, where they drive outreach processes to deliver predictive machine learning models, significantly contributing to annual savings and customer retention. Previously, they held multiple roles at HP, including Senior Product Owner & Business Analyst, where they led quality initiatives and developed analytical models. James has also focused on project management and process improvement across various positions, utilizing Agile methodologies and Lean Six Sigma principles.
