Janet Box, MBA, is a Lean Enterprise Practitioner and transformation leader known for their extensive experience in coaching Lean values and principles. They held roles such as Managing Editor for both the Covington Record/Tri-County Record and the Grand Lodge of Oklahoma IOOF, where they managed content development and production. At Ditch Witch, Janet facilitated cross-functional kaizen events and led continuous improvement projects, further enhancing Lean strategies as a Continuous Improvement Coordinator. Their recent positions at Johnson Controls include Manufacturing Program Manager and Director of IT Transformation, where they supported leadership development and operational efficiencies.
