Jeff Hatfield

Jeff Hatfield is a Quality Manager at Adient with an extensive background in quality systems management. They previously worked as a Quality Engineer at Johnson Controls from 1994 to 1998, where they represented the facility to key suppliers and initiated processes to improve manufacturing. Since 1998, Jeff has held the position of Quality Manager at Johnson Controls, achieving high internal audit scores and world-class customer satisfaction levels. They are responsible for implementing TS 16949, ISO 17025, and Q1 standards, as well as leading new program development and quality improvement initiatives. Jeff is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Art degree in Business from Martin Methodist College.
