Jennifer Stecker

Jennifer Stecker, MBA, is the Head of Talent Management for Americas and Global Functions at Johnson Controls, where they design talent data standards and lead critical talent initiatives. With a strategic focus on leadership development, they have successfully guided and empowered professionals at various levels throughout their career. Previously, Jennifer held key roles at Uline, Kohl's Department Stores, and Kerry, where they impacted talent management processes and organizational development. They earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Concordia University-Wisconsin.
