Jim Conway is a performance-driven executive with over 30 years of management and supervisory experience in military aviation and defense. With a strong background in shipboard modernization, C5ISR systems, and test and evaluation, they have successfully overseen complex technical programs and led large teams throughout their career. Currently serving as the Director of Programs, Contracts, and Field Services at Johnson Controls, Conway manages multiple contracts and ensures profitable execution across all Navy Systems programs. They are pursuing further education in Systems Engineering at The Johns Hopkins University and the United States Naval Academy.
