Jim Notman, PE, MBA, LEED AP, is an energy and sustainability professional with extensive experience in engineering and project management. They worked as a Senior Mechanical Engineer and Project Manager at Freese and Nichols from 1998 to 2008, where they led significant energy projects, including a $10 million thermal systems master plan. Jim also held roles at Ameresco and Johnson Controls, culminating in their current position as Sustainability Development Leader at Johnson Controls since 2022. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University and an MBA in Sustainable Business from Green Mountain College, and are presently pursuing a Master of Engineering in Energy Management/Mechanical Engineering at Texas A&M University.
