John MacGillis

John MacGillis is an experienced professional currently serving as a Systems Integrity Associate at Johnson Controls since July 2024. Previously, John completed a Retail Management Internship at CVS Health from June 2023 to August 2023, where a capstone project led to a 174% increase in sales on end-cap items while demonstrating strong managerial and customer service skills. Prior roles include serving as a Sales Floor Team Member at Do it Best Corp. from June 2019 to January 2022 and as a Shift Lead at The Scoop Ice Cream Cafe from July 2019 to August 2022. John is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Management at the University of Connecticut School of Business, having also studied at the University of Connecticut with an undecided BS in another field, and holds a High School Diploma from Ellington High School.
