John Shi

John Shi has extensive experience in supplier development and quality management, currently serving as a Supplier Development Manager at Johnson Controls since October 2005. In this role, John Shi supports the global supplier development strategy aligned with business objectives and provides recommendations for annual document updates to the Global Supplier Development team. Prior to this position, John Shi worked at Schinder Automotive Leather Co., Ltd. as a Quality Manager from June 2002 to September 2005, where responsibilities included acting as the management representative for the quality system and leading a team of 25 staff in various quality control and laboratory management duties.
