Jovan Thompson

Jovan Thompson is a leadership-oriented professional with a strong background in data analysis and building management systems. They served as the Unit Head for the Quarterly National Accounts Unit at The Statistical Institute of Jamaica from 2020 to 2022, where they supervised the collection and analysis of key economic statistics. Previously, Jovan worked as a Statistician, focusing on macroeconomic data compilation. Currently, Jovan holds a position as a Building Automation Technical Support Manager at United Mechanical Corporation and is also contracted as a Controls System Designer with Johnson Controls. Jovan earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics from The University of the West Indies, Mona, in 2014.
