Kathy McCormack

Kathy McCormack has accrued extensive experience in human resources over a career spanning more than two decades at Johnson Controls, beginning in July 1999. Currently serving as Vice President Human Resources for Global Products, Kathy has been instrumental in executing talent management strategies across various business sectors, including sales, engineering, and marketing. Previous roles at Johnson Controls included leadership positions in human resources for newly formed divisions and responsibilities in global compensation and HRIS. Prior to joining Johnson Controls, Kathy held managerial positions in compensation at Fiserv. Kathy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from St. Norbert College.
