Keith Arrington

Keith Arrington is a seasoned manufacturing engineer with extensive experience spanning over three decades. Currently serving as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer and Plant Continuous Improvement Manager at Johnson Controls since November 2000, Keith specializes in planning and leading Lean Six Sigma initiatives with a strong focus on continuous improvement savings performance. Previously held roles include Six Sigma Black Belt, where responsibilities encompassed process variation reduction and cost reduction projects, and completed Green Belt certification. Prior to Johnson Controls, Keith worked as a Manufacturing Engineer at Lennox International, focusing on capital equipment justification and capacity analysis, and at MFJ Enterprises, Inc., where management of day-to-day operations and supervision of a production team were key duties. Keith earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Mississippi State University.
