Lama Gebara is a strategic and innovative Senior HR Director for the Middle East and Africa at Johnson Controls. With over 14 years of experience in various HR leadership roles across consulting and industry sectors, Lama has driven significant initiatives in Mergers & Acquisitions, business transformation, and talent development. Prior to their current position, Lama held senior roles at GE and Cognizant, where they focused on organizational growth, employee engagement, and the integration of HR practices to support business objectives. Lama earned a Master's degree in Management Development from Euro Arab Management School and multiple degrees in Public Administration from the American University of Beirut.
