Laura Heindl

Laura Heindl has extensive experience in sales and operations, currently serving as the Director of Global Sales Excellence and Early Career Program at Johnson Controls since November 2015. Previous roles at Johnson Controls include Sales Operations Manager, Inside Sales Manager, and Channel Account Manager. Prior to this, Laura worked at Eaton Corporation from July 2007 to October 2015 as a Sales Engineer, focusing on OEM and Industrial Sales in Maryland and developing new accounts and partnerships. Earlier experience includes an internship in Process Improvement at Milliken & Company, where contributions led to significant cost savings and involvement in safety initiatives. Laura holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from West Virginia University, completed in 2007.
