Currently serving as Commercial Leader Europe and Northern Europe, as well as Vice President and General Manager of Global Data Center Solutions at Johnson Controls since June 2018, Maik has a proven track record in driving significant growth across various regions, including Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Latin America. Previous roles include Chief Sales Officer for FläktGroup, General Manager for Trane, and Director of Sales and Marketing for SPX FLOW, Inc. Maik's expertise also encompasses leadership positions at Ingersoll Rand and Holger Clasen GmbH & Co.KG.
