Mark Badgley

Mark Badgley has extensive experience in engineering and leadership roles, currently serving as the Associate Director of Engineering for Data Centers and Pharma at Johnson Controls since March 1995. In this position, Mark leads the Area Engineering Team, focusing on long-term planning and vision to enhance JCI's customer offerings as part of growth strategies. Previous roles at Johnson Controls include Systems Engineering Manager and Systems Engineering Leader, where responsibilities encompassed supervising teams for hardware and software engineering and ensuring compliance with legal standards. Mark's earlier career includes roles at Ridge Engineering Inc. as a Mechanical Engineer, designing HVAC and plumbing systems, and work at Everett I Brown Architects and Engineers. Mark is also involved in the Mustang Club of America as Regional Director and contributed as a former board member and chairman of the Long Range Planning Committee for the Metro Indianapolis Coalition for Construction Safety. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Purdue University.
