Mark Bateman is an 18-year veteran in the security industry, having begun their career in sales before transitioning to installation and leading installation departments at various organizations, including Pinnacle Security, Protection 1, and ADT. They contributed to the Technical Account Management team at Qolsys from 2017 to 2020 and currently serve as the Eastern U.S. Director of Technical Account Management at Johnson Controls. Mark earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Utah State University and currently resides in Utah with their spouse and three children.
