Mark Hill

Mark Hill is the Chief Privacy Officer and Vice President & General Counsel, Digital at Johnson Controls, where they lead the Global Privacy Office and support the company’s IIoT transformation. In previous roles, Mark served as lead commercial counsel at Caterpillar, advising on cyber security and cloud-based systems, and worked as an attorney at Reinhart Boerner Van Deuren, negotiating commercial agreements and counseling on mergers and acquisitions. Mark holds a BA from Augustana College and a JD from Notre Dame Law School.
