Matthew Bucek

Matthew Bucek is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales and marketing management, currently serving as the Global Parts Channel Manager at Johnson Controls since August 2025. Prior to this role, Matthew held the position of Regional Sales Manager at CTS Corporation, leading sales strategy across the Central and Western United States. Throughout Matthew's career, significant contributions have been made in marketing transformation and integrated campaign development at both CTS Corporation and ITW, where proven success included driving sales growth and enhancing brand awareness. Matthew's earlier experience at Littelfuse involved managing marketing communications, content creation, and brand integration for acquisitions, complemented by a fundamental role in package design at Liquid Container. Matthew holds a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering with a minor in Graphic Design and an M.B.A. in Marketing from Northern Illinois University.
