Matthew Burke

Matthew Burke is an experienced executive with a strong background in leadership roles across various industries, including aerospace, defense, and advanced materials. Currently serving as Vice President of Service for the Americas at Johnson Controls since April 2022, Burke manages a $4.5 billion service organization. Previous significant positions include CEO of The O'Gara Group, Vice President of Aerospace & Defense at Celestica, and leadership roles at GKN Aerospace and GE Aviation, where Burke oversaw substantial P&L responsibilities and operational performance. Burke also has a robust history in program management with BAE Systems, where multiple roles focused on advanced materials and global tactical systems. An entrepreneur, Burke founded Medeven Technologies, LLC, focused on medical device development. Burke holds a PhD in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati.
